SusPen - know the loads in your suspension
SusPen

User Friendly Suspension Force Calculation Software

Our company is for several years involved in different areas of motorsports. Our developer are mainly also user of our products, therefore we are interested in user friendly products. SusPen supports the construction of race car suspensions and bodyworks. By defining the kinematic points and weights of the car, SusPen calculates the force in each kinematic points and the axial load of the rods connecting them. But to know the real forces in the suspension are not only interesting for the constructor. Also during on track testing SusPen is usefull, think about the calibration of the pushrod strain gauges or validation of the measured results.

Easy To Use Interface

Analyzing the exact forces in every kinematic point of the suspension is a must during construction and testing of the racecar. This is the only way you can be sure to dimension uprights, wheelhub, rocker and A-arms well. The software calculates the forces in a few seconds, you just need to define the kinematic points and the wheights and acceleration of the chassis. Calculated forces and loads can easily exported to Microsoft Excel.

User Friendly Layout   Time Saving During Construction

SusPen has been designed with an intuitive user friendly layout which includes well designed lists and user interface windows.

This software helps you to save time during the construction process.

Documentation of Calculations   Accuracy

SusPen stores the result of its calculations in easy readable formats. Ready to use for reports and as a discussion base during team meeting.

SusPen has been successfully tested by leading professional race teams.

Compatible to OptimumK (kinematic software)

imperial and metric units

The main user interface has the same structure as the kinematic program OptimumK. But it is for every other kinematic software usable.

This software is able to work with imperial and metric inputs.
